Ingredients:
 
2 tsp. Sugar (Spices and Flavorings)
2 tsp. Blue Curacao (Liqueur)
1 tbs. Cognac (Liqueur)
0.5 tsp. Pernod (Liqueur)
1 Pink Dry Sparkling White Wine (Wine)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Coat the inside of a glass with Pernod. Add cognac. Combine sugar and curacao in a small bowl until sugar dissolves. Add this mixture to the glass and stir. Add ice and top off with chilled pink sparkling wine.
