Lemonade concentrate

Ingredients:
 
1.5 cups Sugar (Spices and Flavorings)
9 Lemon (Fruit)
2.5 cups Water (Mixer)
1 Mint Sprig (Spices and Flavorings)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Combine sugar and water in saucepan; bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cool slightly. Reserve one lemon to slice for garnish. Grate zest of two lemons; juice eight lemons. Combine juice and zest with warm syrup. Steep one hour. Strain
