Egg nog - healthy

Ingredients:
 
3 tbs. Sugar (Spices and Flavorings)
3/4 cup Milk (Mixer)
13 oz. evaporated milk (Mixer)
1 tsp. Rum extract (Spices and Flavorings)
1 tsp. Vanilla (Spices and Flavorings)
1/2 cup Egg substitute (Mixer)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Whip egg substitute and sugar together, combine with the two kinds of milk, vanilla, and rum. Mix well. Chill over night. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes 6 servings.
