Liquor (White)

1 tsp. Granulated Sugar (
Spices and Flavorings

2 oz. Heavy Cream (
Mixer

4 oz. Black Coffee (
Mixer
)
Drink Recipe Instruction:
Pour the coffee into an Irish coffee glass. Add the sugar and stir to dissolve. Add the brandy and stir. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
