Coconut toastie

Ingredients:
 
1/4 oz. Whipped Cream (Mixer)
1 oz. Light Rum (Liquor (White))
5 tbs. Vanilla Ice Cream (Mixer)
Shredded Coconut (Garnish)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with shredded coconut, and serve.
