| 2 oz. Cream (Mixer)
| 2 oz. Dark Rum (Liquor (Dark))
| 1 tsp. Sugar (Spices and Flavorings)
| 4 oz. Black Coffee (Mixer)

Drink Recipe Instruction:
Pour all ingredients, except the Cream into an Irish Coffee glass. Stir well. Carefully float the Cream on top of the drink.
