Ingredients:
10 Pineapple Juice (Juice)
1 Lemon Juice (Juice)
80 ml. Rum (Liquor (White))
10 Sugar (Spices and Flavorings)
50 ml. Sherry (Wine)
15 Tea (Mixer)
1 Red Wine (Wine)
20 Pineapple Chunks (Garnish)
Drink Recipe Instruction: Put the pineapple pieces in a punch bowl and pour the sherry over them. Chill for 2 hours. Put tea and sugar in a pot, add red wine, lemon juice and rum. Heat but do not boil the mixture. Pour over the pineapple pieces.
