Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum (Liquor (Dark))
4 tbs. Whipped Cream (Garnish)
4 Pieces Orange Peel (Garnish)
7 oz. Cognac (Liqueur)
1 1/2 oz. Benedictine (Liqueur)
1 Pint Black Coffee (Mixer)
4 Pieces Lemon Peel (Garnish)
12 cloves (Spices and Flavorings)
4 cinnamon stick (Spices and Flavorings)
Drink Recipe Instruction: Mix coffee, fruit peels, spices, honey to taste, Benedictine, kummel, rum, and 3 oz. of cognac in a saucepan or chafing dish and bring to a simmer. Do not boil. Ladle into warmed mugs or cups and add 1 oz. of cognac to each cup. Top with a generous tablespoon of whipped cream.
