Ingredients:
1 dash Bitters (Spices and Flavorings)
1 1/2 oz. Lime Juice (Juice)
1 tsp. Sugar (Spices and Flavorings)
3 oz. Club Soda (Mixer)
Crushed Ice (Mixer)
2 oz. Scotch (Liquor (Dark))
Drink Recipe Instruction: In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine lime juice, sugar, Scotch, and bitters. Shake well. Almost fill a collins glass with crushed ice. Stir until glass is frosted. Strain mixture in shaker into the glass and add the club soda.
