Ingredients:
1 dash Bitters (Spices and Flavorings)
Juice of 1 Lime (Fruit)
Carbonated Water (Mixer)
1 stick Pineapple (Fruit)
1 tbs. Papaya Simple Syrup (Mixer)
1 1/2 oz. Gin (Liquor (White))
Drink Recipe Instruction: Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water and pineapple stick) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the pineapple stick and serve.
